CANCELLATIONS

If for some reason the class is cancelled by the instructor you may transfer your paid fee toward another class or receive a refund. If you choose to withdraw from the class, before it begins, a 2 week notice prior to the start of the class, in writing (emails with confirmation of receipt are acceptable) are needed in order to have your fee refunded.

If you do not complete the class series due to having your baby earlier than anticipated or other emergencies/circumstances that may arise, there is no refund for missed classes. This is due to the class size being limited and other students may have been declined. You have the option of making up any missed classes, for no extra fee, during other scheduled classes offered by Awaited Arrivals. This is recommended, but may not always be available.

Please note: If any of the following classes are missed (and you had already paid) you will be invited to attend any of the future classes (even if you have a new little one with you) including: parenting, postpartum, breastfeeding and newborn care.
