CANCELLATIONS

There is a $25 non-refundable administration fee.

If for some reason the class is canceled by the instructor you may transfer your paid fee toward another class or receive a full refund (including the administration fee).

If you choose to withdraw from the class, before it begins, a 14 day notice prior to the start of the class, in writing (emails with confirmation of receipt are acceptable) are needed in order to have your fee refunded (minus the $25 administration fee).

If you do not complete the class series due to having your baby earlier than anticipated (again why we recommend at least 4-6 wks prior to due date) or other emergencies/circumstances that may arise, you will be refunded the value of your course minus the $25 non-refundable administration fee.

Otherwise, there will be no refund for cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled class date.This is due the fact that our classes fill quickly and we need time to register someone else who is waiting for a spot. You have the option of making up any missed classes, for no extra fee, during other scheduled classes offered by Awaited Arrivals.

Please note: If any of the classes are missed (and you had already paid) you will be invited to attend any of the future classes (even if you have a new little one with you) including: parenting, postpartum, breastfeeding and newborn care lectures.
